About The Event
In 2 hours our Chef Natasha will introduce you to the flavors and health benefits of fermented foods. We’ll discuss the differences between good and bad bacteria and cover essential kitchen sanitation techniques. You’ll work alongside classmates making ferments you can easily recreate at home. Plus, we’ll share tips about proper care and maintenance of ferments.
We will make :
1 litter of pickled cucumbers
1 litter of sauerkraut
1 litter or kim-chee
All needed for the class will be provided and included in the price.
