Make your own and take it home. You will be making pickled cucumbers, sauerkraut and kim-chee at this workshop. We will start making these here at our kitchen; and you will take them home for the fermentation process to be finished. Money and time well spent!

About the event
In 2 hours, our Chef Natasha will introduce you to the flavours and health benefits of fermented foods. We’ll discuss the differences between good and bad bacteria and cover essential kitchen sanitation techniques. You’ll work alongside your classmates making ferments you can easily recreate at home. Plus, we will share tips about proper care and maintenance of ferments.
We will make:
1 liter of pickled cucumbers
1 liter of sauerkraut
1 liter or kim-cheeÂ
All the materials and products needed for the class are to be provided and included in the price.Â
