About The Event
During our class you will learn how to make hand rolled chocolate truffles, chocolate lolly pops, chocolate bark and a decadent strawberry chocolate verrine. All of the desserts we are going to make are 100% plant-based and perfect for vegan diet.
Our award-winning pasrty chef and chocolatier, Callum Finglas, will be teaching you the techniques and tricks he learnt from the worlds and Australia's best chocolatiers; such as the Australia's queen of chocolate Kirsten Tibbals. Currently, Callum is the creator of all of your favourite baked sweet treats at the Brisbane's vegan Mecca, Charlie's Raw Squeeze stores.
